4 Axis CNC Drilling Milling Center

WEIKE 4 Axis CNC Drilling Milling Center is designed to complete multiple machining processes in a single clamping, including lock holes, drainage slots, air pressure balance holes, and installation holes. It enables an efficient “one-person window and door processing system” for customized production.

Equipped with a PA CNC control system, the machine supports continuous automatic milling and direct CAD drawing import. It is compatible with major window and curtain wall software, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual errors.

The moving gantry single-arm structure ensures stable operation and high rigidity. Imported servo motors, ball screws, and linear guide rails guarantee precision and reliability. The 4-axis milling head allows multi-side machining, while the automatic lubrication and pneumatic clamping system improve performance and ease of operation.
